  • Spread mozzarella out in an even layer over on top of the flatbread. Leave about ¼ inch around the edges without cheese.
    ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • Spread tomato slices out evenly over the mozzarella cheese.
    3-4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Bake for about 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  • Top with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze (or reduction).
