Loaded Peanut Butter Muddy Buddies Snack Mix
Ingredients
- 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 4 cups Chex Cereal (I used Corn Chex)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup Reese’s Pieces
- 4 regular sized Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
- Place powdered sugar in a large ziploc bag and set aside.
- Using a double boiler, melt peanut butter chips and shortening until all melted and smooth. Toss Chex cereal in melted peanut butter chips until well coated. Spoon coated cereal into plastic bag with powdered sugar and seal. Toss bag to completely coat cereal.
- Cut peanut butter cups into eighths. Combine cereal, Reese’s Pieces and cut peanut butter cups together and divide into servings.
